Hi, I’m Brittney Wheeler, Britt for short. My passion for fitness was fueled at a young age when I saw my mom working out. Since then, fitness has been a continual catalyst for creating positive change in my life.

I believe movement is an amazing gift and a powerful tool. Movement is medicine as well as play. I believe in using movement to sculpt the body, but I believe the most beneficial gift of movement is it’s positive impact on the mind and spirit. I also believe you must fuel the body and mind with the proper nutrition and mindset to fully thrive.

I created IF Movement to help other women embody their power, enjoy their bodies, and achieve their fitness goals.

I’m here to give you the information, strategies, and support that will help you become a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of yourself.
